BikeLikeMe

1st Saturday of every month

If you have a bike and ride it every now and again, join host Mike Bodnar on the first Saturday of every month to talk cycling issues in Vancouver. We feature topics for the average cyclist: the person who likes a bike but doesn't like lycra. There's material on bike maintenance, great rides in and around Vancouver, and news on cycling initiatives and events all over the country.

If you've got a story to share or an event to talk about, or if you're an average rider yourself and want to talk about how much you like cycling in the city, send an email to: bikelikemeradio@gmail.com

Make a better World

2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month

Make A Better World is connecting community activity to community radio, creating space for organizations and community members to express and further their work. We invite community groups and individuals to our studios and “make radio” around what they do in the community. We are committed to supporting the local communities and organizations who are doing tremendous work to bring people together and create change.

If you want to be on the show or have an idea for a guest or a topic, contact us at connect@makeabetterworld.ca

Talkin' Trash

3rd Saturday of every month

Talkin' Trash is a monthly radio show that looks at our garbage, waste, and everything related. The show is started by the facilitators and graduates of the Master Recycler Vancouver program, and dedicated volunteers of the Society Promoting Environmental Conservation (SPEC). Talkin' Trash began in the spring of 2016. To listen to past podcasts and more, visit http://www.masterrecyclervancouver.ca/.

If you have ideas, suggestions or would like to get involved, drop us a line at radio@masterrecyclervancouver.ca.
