** PLEASE NOTE: Tax receipts are sent out each February for donations over $25. If you need a tax receipt, please indicate that on your membership form. If you have not received your tax receipt by the last week of February, please email our Membership and Outreach Co-ordinator at outreach@coopradio.org to ensure that we have your correct and complete address and receipt information.

Monthly Sustaining Membership

Monthly payments are automatically withdrawn, you never need to renew your membership because the monthly amount of your choice is withdrawn until you tell us to stop.

• For automatic bank account withdrawals: Monthly Sustainer and Membership Form Combined
• For automatic credit card withdrawals: Membership Form

Annual Membership

Membership dues are paid once per year.

One-time Donation

A donation to the radio station is welcome at any time! You don't have to become a member, and if you like, you can remain anonymous (just fill out the form accordingly).
